I am a labor and employment litigation attorney practicing in Pennsylvania. My work focuses on workplace disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as public-sector and municipal labor matters. My practice includes full litigation, from early case assessment and record development through discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial work through verdict, including jury trials, where warranted by the facts and law. Clients and colleagues work with me for clear, structured litigation strategy—particularly in cases where credibility, documentation, and evidentiary development are central to the outcome. I regularly handle matters involving workplace investigations, discipline, accommodations, and protected activity in both unionized and non-union environments. Practice areas: employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation (including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, and PHRA-related claims), wrongful termination, and employment-related civil litigation.
